Elluminate, Inc. is a privately held, multinational software company headquartered in Calgary, Canada, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States. The company provides live eLearning and web collaboration solutions for academic and corporate markets.

Elluminate was founded in 2000 by CEO Nashir Samanani and CTO Mike Mabey. Along with a core group of developers, the founders have a working history of almost 20 years, including at EraSoft Technologies, where the team grew the company to almost US$75 million in less than 18 months. The software was re-branded by Symantec as Norton 2000, and the company was sold to a NASDAQ-listed U.S. company in 1998.

Elluminate's products are written in Java and available on Apple Macs, MS Windows, Novell Linux Desktop and Red Hat Linux.

- Elluminate Live! - a real-time virtual classroom environment designed for distance education and collaboration in academic institutions and corporate training
- Elluminate Live! Lite Edition - a virtual meeting environment with unlimited seats and basic functionality
- Elluminate Plan! - a standalone application for packaging online session content and activities
- Elluminate Publish! - an application for converting Elluminate Live! session recordings to industry-standard audio files or standalone recordings.
- Elluminate vRoom - a free, three-seat virtual room with most of the features of the flagship product
- Elluminate vOffice - a single-room virtual office with configurations for 5 to 20 people
- Elluminate vClass - a single-room virtual classroom with configurations for 25 to 200 people
- Elluminate Bridges that enable Elluminate Live! integration with a variety of learning management systems
- Ellumiante Bridges SDK - a set of application programming interfaces (APIs) for custom integrations
